Cake Tastings - Absolutely Encouraged!
Cake tastings last up to an hour. Choose from classic, premium, gluten free, and spirited premium cake flavors. If there are leftovers (and there always are), I'll box it up for you to take and enjoy later and maybe share with friends and family!
Cake Tasting Information
For a cake tasting, couples may choose up to 5 flavors to try. If you're choosing all classic cake flavors, please pick a cake flavor and a filling flavor. Premium and spirited premium cake flavors already come paired with cake and filling. The tasting fee is $50 which includes up to an hour consultation.
Wedding Cake Flavors

- Strawberries & Champagne Cake (moist yellow cake infused with champagne and topped with champagne buttercream filling and fresh sliced strawberries)
- Almond Amaretto Cake (vanilla cake baked with amaretto liqueur, brushed with amaretto syrup and filled with vanilla buttercream)
- Chocolate Bourbon Cake (moist chocolate cake made with bourbon and filled with browned butter bourbon buttercream)
* Premium spirited cake flavors add $2.00 per slice to the cost of the wedding cake.

- Cannoli Cake (cinnamon cake with mascarpone & ricotta filling)
- Blueberry Lavender Lemon (yellow cake flavored with lemon zest, fresh blueberries, and lavender essence and topped with lemon curd infused buttercream filling)
- Strawberries & Cream Cake (white cake flavored with fresh strawberry puree and filled with a mixture of whipped cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and diced fresh strawberries)
- Banana Pudding Cake (cake flavored with mashed bananas, filled with vanilla pudding, cream cheese and heavy cream)
- Orange Essence Cake with White Chocolate Mousse Filling (white cake flavored with orange zest, orange extract, coriander and cardamom and filled with white chocolate mousse)
- Pistachio with Whipped Cream Cheese Filling (moist cake flavored with finely ground pistachios and a hint of almond flavoring and paired with a fluffy whipped cream cheese filling)
- Chantilly Cake (fluffy vanilla cake filled with a mixture of berries and chantilly cream...this is the cake that is "good" for you with all the berries!
- Cookie Butter Cake (moist vanilla cake filled with Biscoff cookie butter buttercream filling)
- Gingerbread Cake (flavored with brown sugar, molasses and ginger)
